Primary Care
$75/hr
I offer basic visits to include blood pressure screening, follow-up lab results, and health coaching. As a health educator for over 10 years, I can provide 1:1 education (chronic conditions, prenatal care, general preventative care). Additionally, I provide general assessment, recommendations and referrals as needed.
Home Visits
$75-149/hr
With over 10 years of home visiting experience, I am able to do hands-on care, Wellness exams, draw simple labs, assist with paperwork, and refer you to valuable resources.
I will bill insurance and/or accept self-pay. Sliding scale available for self-pay patients.
Wellness/Preventative
$199 for 10-20 people
Let me come do an interactive “Walk & Wok” Class where we walk for 30 minutes and then cook a healthier recipe together. I’ll bring all the food and supplies needed.
Consultations: $50 per hour
